We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, workspace and business details, support requests, and content you create or upload. When you connect a third-party service, we receive the information you authorize that service to provide, such as analytics, Search Console, CRM, content, or campaign-performance data.

We also collect limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as device and browser information, IP address, log data, and session identifiers.

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service; authenticate users; operate connected data sources; create requested analyses and AI-assisted outputs; communicate about your account; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use customer data to train public AI models. We use service providers to deliver the platform and process data only as needed to provide the service.

When you authorize a connection such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or HubSpot, we use the access you grant solely to provide the selected integration. Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest and are not exposed in the product interface. You can disconnect an integration from My Data; disconnecting stops future collection from that connection.

We share information with vendors that help us host the platform, authenticate users, deliver email, process AI requests, and support the features you choose. These providers may process information only under instructions needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update account information, manage connected data sources, or request account and data assistance by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of your personal information.
